Abstract Microwave photonic filters have been regarded as an alternative to traditional radio‐frequency because of their wide bandwidth and large tunability. Integrated microwave can integrate all necessary components into a single chip are highly demanded for future applications. Here, integrated frequency‐tunable bandpass filter based on silicon platform is proposed demonstrated. The consists phase modulator, four cascaded microring resonators photodetector. range the from 6.1 35.9 GHz, reconfigurable 0.22 0.54 GHz. A spurious free dynamic 102.1 dB Hz 2/3 obtained. This approach holds great promise miniaturised, flexible, high‐performance signal processing in modern radar communication systems.
